The Haven, Central Coast, NSW
Do you recognise this? I suspect not, though you might ‘sort of’ think you know the area. It’s a classic case of a lesser seen angle – it’s what you want doing Landscape photography! In this case taken from the balcony of a beachfront rental property – the sort I stay in very infrequently. You can see the Haven and the bump of Broken Head in front of the Skillion.
It’s actually a reverse sunrise, (see here) as the sunrise light bled the length of the beach, and this is almost looking due south here.
It really is the life to be able to get up, take this from the balcony with a coffee in hand, and then return to bed – doubt I’ll ever do it again!
Processing was a little vignette and a little master vibrance, and then once again a reduction in blue saturation, seems to be a common thing I do with the Canon R5.
