What a lovely lunch and afternoon at the South Skillion! My wife and I had lunch on the sea wall – take away fish and chips – with a true five-star view. We then took the dog for a walk along the beach and she had a swim. We sat on a rock in the sun near the waters edge, enjoying the rays until a wave came in. Haha, I nearly knocked myself out by falling over as I tried to get up too quickly. (ah-hem, not as young as I once was! and before you ask I am OK).

We then wandered back to the Skillion and I grabbed this image using a New Toy, being a Big Stopper filter which lets me take long exposures in daylight.
