Description
Majestic Morning, Berowra , NSW
This is a shot that was years in the making. I had actually ‘taken’ the shot two years previously in 2023, but tried to handhold with no success in not enough light. You need good thick mist to get the effect. A real pea-souper! And it’s not the shortest walk to get to. So, amazingly, 2024 came and went – or at least the misty-season did, without me getting the conditions, or being available.
And! Sometimes is it foggy at one end of Berowra, and not the other, there is no set formula.
Anyway, all was good on this day. I drove from one end of Berowra, out of the mist, and thankfully back into again. I then walked, tripod in hand, and managed to grab around 5 very well mounted frames to stitch together. A nice wide panorama showing the beauty of the natural setting. And that oh-so-majestic tree in pride of place beside the fire-trail.
