Misty Sunrise – Magenta Morning Dreams

I have lived in Berowra many years, for many decades now, in fact. I have come to understand the seasons, and understand the terrain. The archetypal mists come in Feb-Mar, and last thru to May-June. In general, clear blue skies give misty valleys, and cloudy morning yield no mists.

The valleys are deep and awe-inspiring to the west, and we have a railway line and freeway to the east. The sun rises – surprise! – in the east.

So… in a nutshell, you can’t get mist, great valleys and sunrise clouds in one go.

And I never had been able to. For all those years, and decades.

And then…..
