I have been to Naa Badu many times, and it is always with a sense of anticipation that I hurry along the path. Will the mist still be there when I arrive? And the mist still be there for a very long time when I arrive before it starts to lift. Will the mossies lock me in on their radar?

On this particular morning, I was again wandering, camera gear on back, tripod in hand. I stopped for a while and looked behind me, and there was a magnificent view of the sun poking thru the trees and the early morning fog. It was certainly worth the five minute stop to take this image.

And yes, the fog was still there when I arrived at Naa Badu. I call that a win/win morning.
