Description
Sunset and The Rains, Berowra, NSW
A golden sunset shines on distant rains – taken at sunset in Berowra National Park to the north of Sydney
During the first pandemic lockdown I took a lot of photos. The idea being I would process them if times got real tough and we could 100% just not leave the house.
This was one image where I sat on it ( I didn’t process any images from the entire pre-to-post sunset shoot at all) and ‘waited’ for the right moment when I felt like processing the set of images I took that evening.
Go figure… however, the good thing about waiting is that you can really concentrate on maximising the impact of the frame. Because, let’s face it, you as the viewer didn’t realise it was over a year old, now did you? Fresh as a daisy, it looks.
And – the bonus this night? Rain in the distance really diffused the sunset light. Just look at those swirls in the distance.
