Morning Hues, Morning Mist – A Berowra Sunrise
It seemed to me as though the mists came very late this year. Maybe it was less damp or hotter than usual before they arrived. A week or so ago, I popped out early to one of my favourite spots just on sunrise. What I love about Berowra is that the area takes on such a different feel when at sunrise, sunset, mid-day, misty morning, fog etc.
This morning had mist that ebbed and flowed. In addition, a sun that wasn’t too sure when to actually rise and bathe the landscape in the dawn warmth. The pre-dawn purple hues hung in the sky to the west, and the sun was very hidden by billowing clouds to the east.
