Berowra Waters Panoramic – Berowra Waters Ferry in the Mist
I love Berowra Waters. I love Berowra Valley National Park. It features on so many brochure covers for the ‘get away day’ image for those that live on the North Shore. I have taken dozens of images during the day, which all scream blue and blue-green, for the water and foliage respectively.
I thought I would go very different, and took an early drive down to Berowra Waters. The drive started off high in blue skies on the ridge. Then I went into blanket thick mist (with very little visibility to see let alone drive) as I drove down the winding road to Berowra Waters. Finally when I arrived at the bottom, I found myself actually under the mist blanket and visibility had returned.
This is a four image stitch. I wanted to get the panorama of the ridges and also the Berowra Waters Ferry as the focal point within. I took a few frames to get the ferry as I wanted it in terms of size and position. I got my Berowra Waters Panoramic image that I wanted!
